Tour Plan
- Day-1 : Arrival in Guwahati After arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, transfer to Hotel by shared Vehicle. Visit Navagraha Temple, Umanand Temple as per time availability. Dinner & Stay in Guwahati.
- Day-2 : Guwahati to Shillong After having tea and breakfast in the early morning, visit Kamakhya Temple and leave for Shillong. (Approx. 105 km. / 3 hours) On the way to Shillong, visit Umiam Lake, check-in at the hotel, relax and visit Wardna Lake as per time convenience. Dinner & Stay in Shillong.
- Day-3 : Shillong - Cherrapunjee - Shillong (60 Km.) After morning tea and breakfast, visit the sights of Cherrapunji like Dwan Siem View Point, Noh Kalikai Falls, Mawsmai Caves, Seven Sister Falls, Eco Park etc. After visiting Elephant Falls on the way from Cherrapunji to Shillong, shop at the police market (own expense) evening back to hotel... Dinner & Stay in Shillong.
- Day-4 : Shillong Local Visit After breakfast, drive from Shillong to Root Bridge, Mawlinong village. Mawlinong village is located in the eastern hills of Meghalaya and is also known as nature's own garden. It has also won the title of being the cleanest village in Asia in 2003. Visit Dawki, Bangladesh Border (Tamabil Border from Bangladesh side). The main attraction is the Umgot River with crystal clear water. There, enjoy a boat ride (own expense) and return to Shillong. Dinner & Stay in Shillong.
- Day-5 : Shillong to Kaziranga (260 Km.) After breakfast, leave Shillong for Kaziranga. (Approx. 260 / 5 hours) After arrival in Kaziranga, check-in at the hotel and relax. Dinner & Stay in Kaziranga.
- Day-6 : Kaziranga - Elephant Ride in the park Enjoy an elephant ride in the park early in the morning at your own expense. (Elephant ride timings are from 5.15 to 6.15 and 6.30 to 7.30 in the morning only.) After tea and breakfast, visit the tea gardens and rubber plantations, then enjoy a jeep safari in the Central Range, subject to availability. Dinner & Stay in Kaziranga.
- Day-7 : Kaziranga to Guwahati (195 Km.) Depart for Guwahati from Kaziranga. (Approx. 195 km. / 4 hrs.) In the evening enjoy the sunset and enjoy a cruise on the Brahmaputra River (at your own expense) and then check-in at the hotel. Dinner & Stay in Guwahati.
- Day-8 : Guwahati After breakfast, the tour concludes with a drop-off at Guwahati airport or railway station via a shared vehicle. Tour End.
